XmlBeans Quickstart Example Better in 1.3RC2

Hi,

I was having a problem getting the client to run in the quickstart xml beans sample with axis2 1.2.  After reading "try 1.3 many times", I was encouraged to do the same ... and ... it works fine!  So if you are interested in using the xmlbeans sample, be encouraged to try 1.3.
