Deploying through tomcat manager

Hi all, just a simple question. Is it possible to deploy a lenya
installation using tomcat manager using an xml context file and not putting
directly in webapps the package.
In other words I need to deploy an application which is not directly in the
webapps dir of tomcat.
Would the access path be the same?
