Changes are now separated from chapters

Among other changes to DocSet I've separated the Changes chapters from
normal chapters, so now you can manipulate the link to that object from
the template. Currently I've implemented it as a new button, for example
see the the bottom of the page:
http://perl.apache.org/release/docs/1.0/guide/index.html

the new button is next to the [^top] button.

Disregard for a moment the fact that the button is not so finished. Is
it OK for it to be where I put it?

If so, we probably need to use a reversed colour, since it's placed next
to [^top] with white bg.

Done. Update pending.

I think putting the button between the Top and Prev|Up|Next buttons, in the
middle. That'd fit nicely (I think Allan said that too).

why not?

It didn't seem to fit as a link anywhere after the end of the page. It
probably doesn't fit into the tail, because people won't look there.

Anyway, other suggestion are welcome. I needed to put it somewhere, if
you have better ideas please say so ;)

center prefered. if it was moved next to [prev|next] it would a) spoil the 3-
some harmony of that widget and b) have to be at the top [prev|next]-widget as
well.

why does it have to be a 'button'?

It belongs to the whole docset, so the above style won't work. What if
the 'changes' button moved to the left of [prev|next]? or put into the
center?

it will look ok by me, though i prefer the top-button to be seperated simply
because of its nature - it links to the top of the page whereas the changes
links to a completely diferent page/file. does the changes belong to a ceratin
section of a page, like IV Troubleshooting or does it refer to the page as a
whole?

what about a link in the vein of the "more>>"-links on
http://perl.apache.org/release/start/index.html
