Hi,
I've added configuration attribute "provideNameServer"  which can force Tuscany to create name server. I've also created appropriate JUnit test and updated http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TUSCANY/SCA+Java+binding.corba . Changes made under r682203.
