ANN: SHACL API 1.0.1 (now on maven central)

There is a new release of the SHACL API (based on Jena) available now, 
1.0.1:

     https://github.com/TopQuadrant/shacl

This API can be regarded as a "reference" implementation of the W3C 
SHACL standard. It followed the evolution of SHACL and now covers all 
features from the specifications. It also serves as the backbone of the 
SHACL features from TopQuadrant's products.

This is the first release that has been mirrored to Maven Central. Many 
thanks to Andy Seaborne for getting this set up correctly!
