[GitHub] [beam] kennknowles opened a new issue, #18549: Jenkins should use groovy job configurations from a branch when running presumit tests for PRs into the branch.

kennknowles opened a new issue, #18549:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/18549

It appears that currently Jenkins presubmit test suites always use job configurations from the master branch, no matter which branch the PR is going to. Instead, we should be using tests configuration from the branch.

   Context: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/3970

Imported from Jira [BEAM-3047](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-3047). Original Jira may contain additional context.
   Reported by: tvalentyn.
