Other Questions About Pluto

Hello,

I have some other questions about the implementation of Pluto.

In the PLT.18 section of the spec, it says that "Portlet containers
implementing this caching mechanism may disable it, partially or
completely, at any time to free memory resources".

Questions:

1. Does Pluto implement the caching mechanism (which is optional in the TCK
tests)?
2. Does it disable, partially or completely, the caching mechanism at any
time? If so, how does it decide to do so?
