[jira] [Created] (PROTON-1855) [ruby] copy link terminus state for incoming links

Alan Conway created PROTON-1855:
-----------------------------------

Summary: [ruby] copy link terminus state for incoming links
                 Key: PROTON-1855
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-1855
             Project: Qpid Proton
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: ruby-binding
    Affects Versions: proton-c-0.23.0
            Reporter: Alan Conway
            Assignee: Alan Conway
             Fix For: proton-c-0.24.0

For incoming links, the remote terminus state should be copied to the local state automatically before the application handlers see the link object. This way all relevant link state can be accessed using the simple get/set methods. Other bindings do this, it is an oversight that ruby does not.
