That just means no one cared to submit a feedparser description for
the Commons index page.

This has come up before, AFAICT the feedparser project has lost
momentum towards a first release. If the activity doesn't get picked
up in the next month or two, Commons as a whole will need to decide
what its status is going to be. But, it will always continue to be
available in unreleased form -- as it is today -- regardless.
