Win32 Builds Failing : SMS?

hi.
no idea when this stopped working on win32

the macro APR_MEM_PSTRDUP (in acconfig.h) also needs to be defined in win32 somewhere..
but I'm not sure where this should go (maybe apr_private.h ???)
