[Bug 118809] Hyperlink dialog should not popup at new app created
when user insert a new document as hyperlink and select "edit now"

I did some tests with with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev.
1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic”
4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions, and I think we are
talking about following problem:
1. Open New Calc Document from AOO Start Center
2. Menu 'Insert -> Hyperlink - Document-Pane:New Document - Radiobutton:Edit
Now
- Filetype: Spreadsheet - Filename: "New.ods" [Apply]
> As expected New empty Calc document "New.ods" will be opened
> Unexpectedly for "New.ods" 'Edit Link' dialog will be opened
Additional info:

(a) This problem is not limited to Calc, Same in Writer, Draw
(b) Same behavior already with OOo 1.1.5
(c) Still Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev –
English UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) -
Rev. 1546757 - 2013-12-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)",
own separate user profile.
(d) I did not see the problem during a quick test with
Lotus Symphony Release 3.0.1 Revision 20120110.2000
(e) Still the same with LibO 4.1.3
(f) Already reproducible with Pre-3.4.0 (OOo 3.3.0), but because of crippled
Version selector (Bug 123063) no useful info can be contributed
