How can I connect Apache 2.40 with Tomcat 4.1.10 on Windows 2000?

Hello!
I have Apache 2.40 and Tomcat 4.1.10 and the mod_jk.dll.
What have I to do to connect Apache/Tomcat?
Don´t find something in the documentation!
