Tax for partiucular Geo Group

Hi,

 Can any tell me how to add tax from accounting of ofbiz to adding vat tax
for Geo Group.I have created a Group for some countries now I want to add
the tax -15% for the created group.For particular geo id it is working
fine,but If I had the group geo id is not working how can I do it.
