Disappearing window

Hi,
   Am using version 4.1.9 of Calc
Inadvertently hit a menu tab (don't know which!) and my form 
disappeared!
Tried various things - I know its there because  REDACT ? gave me a very 
small view of the file.
Any idea what I did and how to undo it ?

Try  View > Page Break preview.
