We have cases (ConfigurationResourceProvider) where a ResourceProvider can not provide the set of supported PropertyIds through the Schema. This means that we need to refactor the SPI Request object to remove all PropertyIds. Instead the caller will just pass the field strings and let the underlying ResourceProvider deal with them.
