unable to loacte files using JarResourceLoader

hi all,
I have placed two velocity template files in a jar file and the first template file is making a call to the second template file.
the following error is appearing in the log:
2004-05-25 17:01:52,252 - ResourceManager : found /be/telenet/veldemo/Customer.vm with loader org.apache.velocity.runtime.resource.loader.JarResourceLoader
2004-05-25 17:01:55,908 - ResourceManager : unable to find resource '/be/telenet/veldemo/ProductOverview.vm' in any resource loader.
Can you suggest as to what is going wrong.
I would really appreciate it
