> In a general sense, when ACLs are defined for applications in various orgs deploying Hadoop clusters, the ratio of unique ACLs to no. of jobs run on the cluster should likely be a low value. In such a situation, it makes sense to have a way to normalize the ACL set to generate an immutable domain id.
