webdav and Tomcat 5.0 - is it bundled or not?


Is a webdav server bundled with Tomcat 5.0 just like it was with earlier 
versions of Tomcat? If so, how can one access it?
(I've tried http://localhost:8080/webdav  without success). I am also 
unable to locate the webdav web application in the Tomcat installation.
