Multiple concurrent calls to UninvertedField#getUninvertedField may deadlock: 
if a call gets to {{cache.wait()}} before another thread gets to the synchronized block around {{cache.notifyAll()}} code will deadlock because {{cache.wait()}} is synchronized with the same monitor object.
