[ANNOUNCE] Apache Geronimo Health 1.0.0 is released

The Apache Geronimo community announces the availability of
Apache Geronimo Health 1.0.0 release!

Apache Geronimo health is a Microprofile Health implementation. 1.0.0 is
the initial release of that project.

The release could be downloaded from the Apache and Maven central maven
repositories and sources are available on apache download area.
