how to capture chinesse character
Hi All,
I am testing a web application which has Chinese characters. How to
capture Chinese characters in jmeter using post processors. When I
captured it using regular expression extractor it displays "???"
instead of 3 chinese letters.
If anyone has faced same issues, kindly share your experiences.
Regards
Sangeetha M

Yes Deepak,
I have tried writing the output using beanshell postprocessor. I could
see only the "???". in the cmd prompt. My requirement is to capture
these Chinese characters and send as post parameter in the next HTTP
request. I found one thing ,when I change the post method in HTTP
request to Get method I could see the captured Chinese characters
encoded format in URL is transmitting as expected. But changing the
method from POST to GET the request is not getting succeeded.do we have
any solutions for this ?
Regards
Sangeetha M

Its possible you arent able to display the characters (due to a lack of
a
font capable of showing unicode characters or something). Did you try
writing to file(using a suitable encoding) and inspecting the binary to
see
what characters were written?
