Is this good news?

Hi,
Tim Endres has agreed to release his jcvsii package under a BSD style
license so this is what I was waiting for to get started with the SCM
package. If anyone is interested and wants to get something going say so
and I'll hand over what I have.

I know; I just was not following on the matter of "what
CVS[Generator|Source] is based on what library".

..that's an excellent example why I'd like to keep a closer relation
between the core repo and the scratchpad.
