   The PR description is missing context, OP was trying to solve the problem that if tasks of a DAG are *already scheduled* before the DAG is paaused, those scheduled tasks will be stuck in the scheduled state (until the DAG is unpaused). I’m not sure failing them is the right solution, but a patch to 1.10 is not going to be accepted anyway, so that’s moot.
