[PR] GH-2862: Command line arguments from a file [jena]

Pull request Description:
Added a form : `@file` that read arguments from a file.
A side effect is that the "read contents" (hidden feature) of a few commands, like becomes `^filename` because because this does not work with shell file completion, it's not a very useful feature (use `--file filename`).
