Problem with $ui.image

I have a problem with velocity. 
The problem is about the $ui.image(....) 

When I connect to my Web page, from my own computer, sited in localhost server there is no problem 
with translation of $ui.image --> ""http://localhost:8080/lev/servlet/lev/...." and I can see the page perfectly.

But when I try the connection from another PC of the LAN, the translation of the URL is the same:
"http://localhost:8080/lev/servlet/lev/..." and all resources can not be loaded because the translation would must to be "http://192.168.1.x:8080/lev/servlet/lev..." and so the resources would can to be loaded from the 
correct server.

I don't know where is the problem and if I must change some value of something.
