Re: DBDParams argument format

If supplying multiple servers to an AuthLdapUrl then it needs to be quoted as well.
(As denoted in trunk: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mod_authnz_ldap.html#authldapurl
but not in 2.2, where it is valid as well.)
