Limitations of @Script Component T-4.1.3

Folks,
 
Can I place this @Script component anywhere in the template? I am hoping to place it within a loop cycle so that it's relevent markup will be generated for every loop iteration. I am anticipating ID animation on every iteration (ouch!).
 
Or am I obligated to use it ony once specifically at the bottom of the template?
 
Just wondering about the limitations and where I can run with this thing.
