try 2, about XmlSchema branches

The trunk on XmlSchema is the some day 2.0. I'm a fair distance away from
proposing a release of that.

If someone wants to see a fix in 1.4.x, they should be committing to the
1.4.x branch and merging. The other direction of merging is possible, but
probably more difficult. svnmerge is set up.
