I think you need to check port setup of your web server (httpd.conf per se)
and make sure you include all necessary jar files in your wrapper.class in
your jserv.properties

Has anyone used JServ for Apache-SOAP development and
deployment? Are there any particular watch-points or
configurations?

I have done some preliminary testing and keep
getting one of the followinf pesky errors:
 Connection refused
   or
 port out range

Any leads are much appreciated,
