Saw a failure of ITestS3GuardOutOfBandOperations.deleteAfterTombstoneExpiryOobCreate

java.lang.AssertionError: This file should throw FNFE when reading through the raw fs, and the guarded fs deleted the file.:

Hypothesis: because the store is versioned, the old file was still there. Doesn't explain why I've not seen this before tho'
