Return receipts to a mailing list - not done

Guys,

I know it's not done to mail to a mailing list with the return receipt
on. I've been notified be a few of you already, for which I thank you.
However, it's default turned "on" here, and I often forget to turn it
off before mailing to a Cocoon list.

I try to remember, but every now and then I forget. So please bear with
me and forgive me if it happens again.
