Getting error running latest FOP

Hello,
Downloaded the latest fop cvs code set (xml-fop_20011219112513.tar.gz). Then
I built it and it says build successful.
When I try to run it  I get:

D:\FOP\xml-fop>java -cp
build\fop.jar;lib\batik.jar;lib\xalan-2.0.0.jar;lib\xerces-1.2.3.jar;lib\ava
lon-framework-4.0.jar;lib\logkit-1.0b4.jar;lib\jimi-1.0.jar
org.apache.fop.apps.Fop
CVS FOP DOES NOT WORK - DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/log/format/Formatter at org.apache.fop.apps.Fop.main(Fop.java:15)

I looked in the lib directory and in the logkit-1.0b4.jar and I can see
Formatter there at the right location.
I tried that FAQ link but it is broken.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

If you tried http://www.owal.co.uk:8090/asf/fop.jsp then it is up and running fine.
Your firewall may be blocking the slightly abnormal port 8090.
