I'm a JIRA newbie, but when I clicked the "10.2 Open Code Bugs" link
(pointing to
http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=12311067
) I got the error message "You do not have the permission to view the
selected private filter." Maybe the JIRA pros can make it public or
something? =)

The JIRA pros are pondering this question. In the meantime, I have added 
another link under the broken one. Could you test-drive the new link and 
see if it works for you?
