[jira] [Created] (NIFI-7949) Rename PutHDFS to PutHCFS

Siyao Meng created NIFI-7949:
--------------------------------

             Summary: Rename PutHDFS to PutHCFS
                 Key: NIFI-7949
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-7949
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 1.12.1
            Reporter: Siyao Meng

https://nifi.apache.org/docs/nifi-docs/components/org.apache.nifi/nifi-hadoop-nar/1.12.1/org.apache.nifi.processors.hadoop.PutHDFS/index.html

The PutHDFS processor can actually write to any [Hadoop Compatible File System (HCFS)|https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/stable/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/filesystem/introduction.html], where HDFS is merely one of them.

Especially with the emergence of Hadoop Ozone and others, the name of the processor might be a bit inaccurate and misleading.

What do you think?
