note to documentation

I have one suggestion to schema validation (exactly for documentation).
 
to page:

As for Xerces version minor to Xerces1.4 XSI URI string is
http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance
<http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance>  (note the date).

I am sure it will save a lot of time for begginers (my own experience :]
).
