next release of Xerces ?

I'm currently using Xerces 1.7.0 and I still have the problem regarding 
circular definitions in schema. This problem was fixed by Khaled Noaman 
and integrated in the nigtly build of 2002-03-20.
My questions are:
- do you know the date of the next release?
- what will be the next release number? (1.7.1 or 1.8.0?)

I need these information for my legal. Let me know please...
