Getting rid of old branches

Hi All,

While creating the new branch for (what I’ll be calling from now on)
Changing IPD Hack, I noticed the many branches that already exist and
that reminded me of an old conversation we had about that:

If that’s ok for everyone I’ll move the following branches into the
archive/ part in the next few days:
