migrating from old wiki to http://wiki.apache.org/ws

the web services home page (http://ws.apache.org/) directs people to 
the old wiki (http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?HomePage). 
there is also a lot of content that's on the old wiki that's not on the 
new wiki.

my question is: is now the right time for web services to complete the 
migration?

(i migrated the content for jakarta-commons and it's not a huge task.)
