Commons Combo Package

Is the commons combo distribution still available?  I couldn't find it on 
the download site.

It hasn't been formally released, but nightly builds are available:

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/nightly/commons-combo/

The nightly build pulls a fixed version of each dependent library
(generally the latest final release of each package).  It does not attempt
to build the CVS HEAD of each of the dependent libraries.
