defines several missing POSIX macros for Windows
I'm ok with that. Did a quick check by enabling dcc, the workaround ineed
solved the issue.
It's actually a pretty nice approach that may be used by several other
Windows/POSIX macro related issues in SpamAssassin as well.
Attached a patch that also reverses the changes from bug 6470 as we can use the
signals now (tested, cleanup of spamd child was now determined with the correct
exit status).
