Broken links on page about supported databases

Hi,
currently two links on the page containing the supported databases
(http://db.apache.org/torque/version-specific/supported-databases.html)
are broken:
The link writing DB Adapters points to
http://db.apache.org/developer-info/db-adapters.html, which causes a 404.
Furthermore the link to the test project guide is
"../../../developer-info/test-project.html" and should be
"../developer-info/test-project.html".
I can't access JIRA at the moment, that's why this comes via the
mailling list.

I redeployed the "site" part of the site. Thomas, next time you can simply
run
maven site:deploy
in the site directory. Before you do this, you
should check that evedrything is committed to svn and your sandbox is
up-to-date. You should also add the variables
maven.username=
maven.repo.apache.username=
maven.repo.apache.privatekey=
maven.repo.apache.passphrase=
to your ~/build.properties for the ssh-deploy to work.
It may be a good idea to tar.gz the old site on people.apache.org before
you deploy the site to have a good rollback position.

I fixed it in SVN, but Thomas was faster... :-) I also changed the issue
tracker URL in contributions.xml. Thomas, would you please be so kind
as to re-publish the site, I don't want to break something...
