[jira] [Created] (CB-11644) Cannot load URLs outside of www folder

Connor Pearson created CB-11644:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Cannot load URLs outside of www folder
                 Key: CB-11644
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-11644
             Project: Apache Cordova
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Plugin WKWebViewEngine
            Reporter: Connor Pearson
            Assignee: Shazron Abdullah

Similar to CB-10237, but for the local web server. Requests for files outside the www folder fail with a 403 because the cookie is not set.
