Hello,

I am a new committer if the Apache OpenMeetings project.
My Apache Id is "iarkh", my name is Irina Arkhipets.

The problem is that I am not able to edit some fields in bugs - for example, I am unable to assign bug to myself when I am going to fix this. 

I use the same login in JIRA - "iarkh", however I've created this account long time ago before I become a committer in my project. 

Should I make some additional actions to make this working correctly?
