### What happened?
Small feedback for the UI folks here, the UI logs tab is slightly weird when it comes to viewing logs.
- The line number alignment is off for cases when logs lines are long, wrapped or unwrapped
- Line number "1" is missing? (or hidden)
- And on expanding the "Log message source details sources" dropdown, there's a line number "0", "2"....(no "1")
### What you think should happen instead?
- Line number alignment shouldn't be this way
- Fix line numbering (on and off expanding the dropdown)
### How to reproduce
- Run `breeze start-airflow`
- Run a dag and go to dags view
- I opened it on Chrome incognito but shoudlnt matter

Is there any change this issue to be resolved soon? As referred above, download logs button doesn't work. We use cloud watch logging. Therefore, if I want to get to know a real reason for a fail, I need to scroll down. CloudWatch logging loads logs with chunks. As a result, I can't just go to the end of logs. I need either scroll down every arrive chunk of logs of keep pressing PgDown button. Both options look like ugly workaround.

Had a brief look, looks like the parseLog implementation might need a bit of tweaking to fix this up. the log lines are generated first and then later grouped which leads to the ::group:: and ::endgroup:: issue. Can do a fix in a couple days after some higher priority ones...

Hello,
If this issue is not being worked on yet, would it be alright for me to take it up and proceed?
I am currently using version 3.0.0b2.
I am looking into the issue and testing the fix together to [issues/47689](https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/47689).
On the frontend, I have tested the solution by adjusting properties like z-index to fix the element on the left, and I am now reviewing the backend code where the linenumber is attached and sent. I believe this approach will address the issue.

The line with "::group::" is made as a clickable section which is also a line and the "::endgroup::" which is also a line is not shown during log grouping but the line is counted. This could be causing the missing line numbers. Regarding wrapped lines the line number is also part of the line so I guess the expectation is the wrapped line is aligned after the line number instead of below it.
