Yes, this is annoying for our user and we should really find a solution now.
Also, a lot of time could be saved on the forum and Bugzilla.

We discussed at FOSDEM about it...

This is lasting for more than a year now. Let's bring our Wiki back to
full functionality!

Yes, that was our idea at FOSDEM. Can we easily redirect
https://ooo-updates.apache.org to that server then?
And what about the older update feeds still pointing to homepage
directories? [1]

It is not on our server, but we can definitely talk with SourceForge
about it...

If you need help, just let me know!
Actually I have updated graphics at hand for even longer than a year.
Let's get it work *and* look good! ;-)

Yes, but unfortunately the time available is always problematic. It
makes sense to "downgrade" (so to say) the SSL support on one of the
secondary servers (like the MWiki one).

Note that we will never be able to fix the extensions error: this is not
in our hands.

Two weekends ago I started something for this, by cloning the MWiki site
locally; I still have all access and I was able to make a full copy to
experiment with... but then the time finished and I wasn't able to
experiment with anything. This weekend looks equally busy, but if I have
updates I will share them in the proper places (i.e., the issues).

Regards,
   Andrea.
