   Constructing full name in the right way —— the same as `full_name` property in `SqlaTable`.

   There is a compare example.
   ```
   database = "test"
   datasource_names =[
       DatasourceName(table="a", schema="z"),
       DatasourceName(table="b", schema=None),
   ]
   full_names = set(["[test].[z].[a]", "[test].[b]"])
   ret1 = [d for d in datasource_names if f"[{database}].[{d}]" in full_names]
   ret2 = [d for d in datasource_names if get_datasource_full_name(database, d.table, schema=d.schema) in full_names]
   print(ret1)
   print(ret2)
   ```

   The output result is as follows.
   ```
   []
   [DatasourceName(table='a', schema='z'), DatasourceName(table='b', schema=None)]
   ```

   Adding some reviewers and kick-starting CI to see how/where it was failing when this was left off. @tianhe1986 I think this is just failing the linter, and probably needs the [recommit hooks](https://superset.apache.org/docs/contributing/hooks-and-linting/) run. Let us know if you want to get this across the finish line still.
