What is our policy on empty commit messages?
Obviously this is a trivial commit but shouldn't this at least say "typo
correction" as the log message
Are we able to explicitly forbid empty commit messages

As you're a Linux user, it would be easier to use xmodmap to remap
<return> as an 8-finger chord sequence. Definitely no accidental returns
then :)
