The README.md file is perhaps the first item a new developer might look at.  It can stand some improvement.  This pull request addresses and corrects 3 small items:

1. correct markdown formatting
2. for installation, folks need JDK 1.8 (not 1.7 as stated)
3. multicast discovery does not exist for Geode, so the paragraph on locators needs an update
