Run this way:

bin/spark-submit --class
org.apache.spark.examples.streaming.TwitterPopularTags
lib/spark-examples-1.1.0-hadoop1.0.4.jar

Or this way:

 bin/run-example org.apache.spark.examples.streaming.TwitterPopularTags
