uninstall behavior

Uninstall fails upon error. This has bad consequences for cleaning up
partial installs. Here's what I see:

1. Run install to create a chain of dependent nodes, say network -> subnet
-> port -> instance.
2. For whatever reason, install fails on "create port" for example.
3. Running uninstall fails immediately trying to delete the instance.

Is there a way to make uninstall behave like Cloudify (IOW continue on
error)?

Not really. There's a JIRA ticket about this

Have you tried resuming the workflow?
